Dr Prasad is a truly caring doctor. To those making complaints... he's a general practitioner. Keep that in mind. He's looked after my health for well over 12 years. If you need specialist care, ask him for a referral. Go to your appointments prepared. Make sure you have relevant and up to date information on your medication and referrals. Don't blame the medical practitioner.. they are under pressure due to this virus.
I've got nothing but nice things to say about this practice. My self and my whole family have seen him for years. Dr Prasad is brilliant with my 4 year old and my baby, he's been very understanding and takes his time to distract and have fun with them when it comes to immunisations. Thank you for your years of service and experience caring for myself and my family.
It was easy to get an appointment at Dr Prasad and the receptionist is nice and friendly. If you are after medical certificate ONLY than this is the place for you. Doctor didn’t even take time to look at the patient, which is my son. NOT child friendly either.

To Dr Prasad and Receptionist, So after being so incredibly unprofessional you now have the audacity to downplay, lie and gaslight us about the situation? I think your centre warrants an investigation. Perhaps you refused to contact medicare because you are committing bulk billing fraud.
