The last property manager was so incredibly rude and unprofessional that we would not have even signed the lease if we didn't need to move as soon as possible. HOWEVER there is now a new manager who seems very polite and neither my roommate nor I have yet to have a negative experience with her. There are a LOT of young children (the mirror on my car was accidentally broken by them playing by the vehicles) but mostly everyone (kids included) is very kind. One of the safer apartment complexes in the Peoria area, by far.
Terrible customer service. I never received my deposit in the mail when I moved out, even though I gave my forwarding address and contact information. I called to enquire about it, they said it’s been sitting in my old mailbox for a month because they don’t know my new address. When I personally came to pick it up, turns out they DID have my new address. So what was the problem? Their one and only response: “I don’t know.” No other reason given. This place was convenient, but since it's situated on the corner of what is truly God's gift to modern urban planning and civil engineering (Allen and Alta Road), this place now sucks. Wish they would have told they were closing it all down a year ago so I could have negotiated a better lease price. Gee thanks.
