Apartments are great, pool was nice as well as the gym but watch out for your deposit. Once you make the deposit, expect less that 1/6th of it back. They charge for everything even if left spotless. I made a $800 deposit, and I only got $150 back. I emailed them about it, and no response.
Nice apartments within walking distance of CSUN. I never need to find parking on campus. Pool and fitness room are a great plus and the manager Zulma and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any problems.
I give Prairie Villas Apartments five stars! The property is well-maintained, convenient, and the leasing agent/landlord Zulma goes above, beyond, and out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of in a professional and timely manner! I would not have chose this apartment complex if it weren't for her kindness and professionalism
