I am so in love with this place! From their staff to the facility! I had a spa experience without even leaving the ladies locker room! Got to steam with a eucalyptus mist and sit in a hot tub not overcrowded by people! It was a nice relaxing time when I am so overwhelmed by life! The staff is wonderful! I just love coming in and chatting with Heidi! It will make me want to keep coming back! Thank you!
Very family oriented and the childcare services are wonderful! My toddler son never wants to leave! Lots of activities and programs for kids of all ages.
I'm a group instructor teaching Nia® at this gym. Love teaching there because the people are so warm and friendly. The dance studio has a great floor and sound system and classes are well attended. Prairie Life is the only gym that offers the Nia, a mindful cardio-dance program in Lincoln. There are many, many options for fitness at Prairie Life, for adults and children. First visit is always free!
Good, clean gym. Friendly service. Has all the necessary amenities.
