Very friendly staff and trainers are very nice and helpful. All the equipment in nice and clean and they have a lot of different choices when it comes to working out and different classes as well!

Prairie Life Fitness is the best gym in Lincoln. It is huge, has great equipment, and everyone is super nice. Unlike some other big name gym in town, everyone really is welcome at PLF. There is plenty of cardio equipment and a separate area for free weights and another area for machines. The locker room is huge and really nice as well. I never feel judged or bothered at PLF. I’m so glad I made the switch.

Since Bob and I joined Prairie Life in July, we have had a wonderful experience each time we have gone. The staff is so helpful and welcoming along with the other members. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to find great place to workout.
I've been a member here for more than 5 yrs and Love that all members are all at different points in their fitness levels and ages, everyone has a place here. Lots of classes to chose from, in and outdoor pools, family friendly and over all good facilities. Knowledgeable trainers and friendly staff. Definitely a place I recommend!
