RecommendedThe staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. I would recommend prairie eye center.
I had to have a diabetic eye exam, and asked them what it would cost me if my insurance didn't cover it. I received a bill that was five times the amount that they quoted. I am on disability and can't afford their outright lie.
The way the scheduling is handled at the retina center needs looked into. Appt was at 2:20. Didn't leave until 5:20. THREE hours is unacceptable and unprofessional. Have never had an appt be less than two hours here... ridiculous...
My husband had cataract surgery, everyone was so nice, pleasant experience.
The personnel is very caring and thoughtful and Dr. Shah is wonderful. Can’t say enough good about the clinic!
My dad had an eye exam in Jacksonville and they were so kind and patient with him. He is older with memory problems and they were so sweet..... everyone in the whole office. I just made my own appt.
