I recently had cataract surgery and lens implants done by Dr. Yeh and her staff. Everyone I dealt with was caring and competent. It was a beautiful experience and now I have "new" eyes.
We saw Dr. Yang. He was not nice at all and not very informative. His tech was very nice and a couple of the receptionists were nice but a few, for the most part, were very hateful! Will not be returning!
Very professional, clean rooms and staff is very helpful.
Prairie Eye Center has an exceptional staff from the receptionists all the way to the doctors! Won't go anywhere else!!
Never had much of a wait time. Always got in fairly promptly. So happy with my post surgical result!! It couldn't have been better. NO glasses ever again!
Don't plan on going here unless you have two or two and a half hours to spend. This is a very poorly run office. They have NO consideration for the patients' time. When I asked why it was taking so long, an employee snapped "It's always this way !"
Prairie Eye does a very good job with eye exams, but don't order your glasses here unless you are OK with waiting at least a month for your new glasses to be delivered. If you want them faster than that I'd strongly suggest purchasing your glasses elsewhere.
ALL the ppl and Dr's r awesome. Very informative and always have answers to your questions. Would recommend this place for all eye care.
