THE FEW TIMES I BEEN THERE HAVE BEEN AWESOME.WHEN I GO TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. AS I SIT WAITED FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK AS I LOOKED AROUND THE PLACE WAS SO CLEAN AND COZY THE CHAIRS ARE SO COMFORTABLE I HAVE A REALLY BAD BACK BUT I WAS AT EASY IN THE CHAIR. AS I WAS CALL IN THE BACK THE NURSE AND DOCTOR WAS GREAT AS THEY DID TESTS ON MY EYES. OVER ALL I GIVE THIS 100% THANK YOU SO MUCH.SORRY ABOUT THE CAPIITAL LETTERS BUT I CAN SEE THEM BETTER THAN THE SMALL LETTERS.
Not enough staff to take care of phone incoming calls so I determined that's a very poor customer service. Can't make an appointment ,cancel appointment ,talk to billing or any doctors office so what has happened to our medical professionals?
They charged me twice for my husbands contacts. I went back to their office to tell them about it and they said it was an error with my bank. I called my bank and they said it was an error with Prairie Eye Center. I called Prairie Eye Center back and was on hold for a long time and was transferred several times. They eventually told me that they found their error and would credit my account. They displayed horrible customer service.
Dr Yang and staff are friendly and visits are generally on time and he explains everything well!
Very good doctors surrounded by incompetent staff. It took me two months to get my contact lenses because Margaret was incompetent. Then when I finally got them to order them for me they told me I had to pay for them again and I had to produce my credit card receipt to show them that I had paid for them.
Recently had two cataract surgeries. Dr. Yeh, her office staff, and surgical staff were excellent on all levels.
