RecommendedOutstanding and top notch medical staff! For years, I have received services from Prairie Eye that range from basic to complex and this is simply the place to receive quality eye care. . Highly recommend!
The wait for any appointment is always. A hour and a half or more and when they schedule you for surgery they call you the day before to reschedule it! They charge 30 dollars for a stupid kit that your insurance won’t pay for! They schedule everyone only 10 minutes apart so they are always behind! If you complain they blame someone else that works there! Very unprofessional! They are definitely there only to make money, they don’t care about you at all!

Whether it’s prescription glasses, eye disease, LASIK surgery or just eye exam. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
First of all you can’t reach them by phone. I tried several times and it just rings and rings. No one answers and no option to leave message. Tried to email. No response. Tried Facebook instant messenger. No response.
Excellent doctors and the staff that assist with glasses is top notch. Customer service is wonderful. We’ve been going to Prairie Eye for 8 years and nothing but good service.
Rude workers if you late for your appointment they charge you $30 Plz there is other places to go to
