RecommendedEverything about this place was great! Cute interior, friendly service, delicious food. The kid’s menu included grilled fish options instead of the same 4 things available everywhere. We had the turkey naan sandwich, the salmon pesto sandwich and kale quinoa salad. All three were wonderful - it was quite an unexpected and pleasant surprise to find such good food in this small Midwestern town.
Great food! I am going to miss my favorite restaurant in Grinnell since my son just graduated!
Wonderful service. Large group, including children & menu was complimentary to all health options. Great prices. Delicious meals. Have also eaten here when riding bike trail from Rock Creek State Park, great brunch menu.

We can reccomend the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Cubano sandwich, The Paulie prime rib sandwich, tomato-feta soup and New England clam chowder. Service by Maddie was excellent.
New Year's Eve dinner was so disappointing. The food was pretty terrible...cold Chateaubriand. Blackened rib eye was nearly all fat and the risotto was so loaded with Cajun spices it was inedible. The fancy potatoes were dry....blond brownies were hard...I could go on...feel terrible to leave a bad review, but you always expect that a special occasion dinner will be outstanding. Told the wait staff the food was not good, but they didn't really care.
