Far superior to my last management company. They had the home rented in days and have been very helpful and informative as well. They are very accessible to both me and my tenants and that makes things much easier for me.
I have not had any major problems in the home I rent with Powley. They have been easy and pleasant to deal with and Im very happy with the home they found for me.
I live in a nice property and love the home but the management company I deal with has made things a little easier. They take care of whatever problem I have and treat it with importance.
Because I do not have the best credit, I was very nervous to apply for as place to rent, but they made me feel very comfortable with them and less embarrassed. They were willing to rent to me me with a slightly higher deposit( which was fine with me).
This is the management co to rent from. I just moved out of a place managed by Powley about 2 months ago. They were good while I rented from them, but then I was an even happier customer after I moved out of the place. Believe it or not they really worked hard to get me some of my initial deposit back! If I was not moving out of town I would definitely be looking to rent form them again.
We have lived in 2 Powley properties and I must say it is nice to be back in good hands. As long time renters, my husband and have dealt with many managers over the years and prefer the dealings and experience we get from Powley!
Powley is now in charge of my rental after years of failure by another company. I dont know what I paid them for. Powley has been 100% better in every respect. Their communication and attention to detail are very evident and they seem to be concerned with my opinion as a client,
