It’s never easy for a property manager to juggle the needs of the tenant and the needs of the owner I imagine. Powley Properties manages to walk that fine line though. They have always been fair to me and I can honestly say it’s been a breeze living in one of their properties. They take care of maintenance requests and even try to negotiate updates with the owner. Glad it’s not a me vs. them mentality. Good company.

We have been tenants in one of the properties managed by Powley Properties for over 3 years. Prior to them taking over the unit, we dreaded dealing with the managers. They were either unresponsive or took a while to fix issues. Having Powley was like a breath of fresh air. Very helpful property rental agency. When I lived there for 3 years, they were very fast with any service or maintenance request and it was very stress-free living. My rent never went up and I know I cannot say the same things about other places around Torrance. Solid company.
Thanks to Powley Properties for all the great years of living in their rentals! If my move wasn't work related I'd still be renting from them!
