Worry Free! My credit isn't very good so I was nervous about applying for an apartment. They helped me feel less embarrassed about it so I was comfortable filling out an application. They agreed to rent to me if I would pay a little more than usual on my deposit and that is a small price to pay to be able to rent worry free!
Good company It’s never easy for a property manager to juggle the needs of the tenant and the needs of the owner I imagine. Powley Properties manages to walk that fine line though. They have always been fair to me and I can honestly say it’s been a breeze living in one of their properties. They take care of maintenance requests and even try to negotiate updates with the owner. Glad it’s not a me vs. them mentality. Good company.
