The AC in our house is in constant disarray. Every month it has to be serviced and the property manager will not have it replaced. The property we have moved into has a home warranty so instead of maintaining appliances and doing proactive maintainence we are constatly having to put our lives on hold to wait for repairs or wait to have our needs met. Be warned, the property at 2704 Goldbridge Dr. is in a state of decay, do not lease the property.
