The service department here is amazing!!!! It is by far the best service I have ever got at any other dealership!!! They are always great with my oil changes and yesterday my check engine light came on, I called them today when they opened and they had someone at my work to pick up my car within 20 mins and was returned before noon fixed and clean!!! Had some tricky electrical issues in my 2013 Impala and decided to drive in. The service counter had checked in the car within 5 minutes with quick and professional courtesy. They gave a free shuttle ride (and offered a return shuttle!). Car was clean and working perfectly when I picked it up. Premium price, but comes with a warranty and a peace of mind only GMC can offer. Job well done Power!
i went here to powers automotive started off really rocky when dealing with jennifer then i waited for a couple days and called back and Jim Roe answered the call and i cant say enough of how help full he is. Jim Roe kept me updated at all times via text message for i live in springfield and he is in corvallis if i asked a question if he didn't have the answer he would find out for me. My VERY good friend Nicole Roca is actually more of a car-driver Matchmaker than a car salesma'am.. Seriously. She introduces you to some very attractive, eligible options (carefully pre-screened for you), then chaparones while you flirt and get to know one another. If all goes well, she does all the required legal and financial negotiating and performs the "Giving of the Keys" ceremony, complete with photos.
