Got stranded with a flat with no lug nut key on the 23rd. Power put new tires on before purchase and forgot to put key back. Really? Our problem. Both of us had to miss work on the 24th plus had to pay to have lock removed. Never buy from again.
Worst customer service after the sale I've ever had. We bought a 2012 Jetta TDi in October. Had a flat tire last night 200 miles from home at 7 at night. Went to put the spare tire on and there was no wheel lock key in the car. Cost me about $1000 in lost pay and to get the locks off the car. All I get from them is a we know it's frustrating but it's my problem. What a joke of a dealer. I will steer clear from buying anything from them.
Our lovely used (but new-to-us) Chevy Tahoe is beautiful. This is the first time in a very long time that we've owned an American car and it really is outstanding. We bought it to tow a trailer, when our 2003 Toyota Highlander simply wasn't up to the job. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating.
