Did great work and were easy to talk to about the process. They were easy going and worked very efficiently.
Top notch service from **** who handles the Front Desk to ****** and ***** who did the actual Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning. They were very professional but Personable at the same time. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. They laid down a tarps to prevent debris from falling on the carpeting and floors. They are experts in the business and are very efficient. I would recommend Power Vac to anyone needing to have their Vents cleaned and will definitely use them again.
The drop-down menu did not include my particular job. I had Power Vac LLC clean my heating air ducts and vents (NOT install them). Kenny did an excellent job. He was thorough, knowledgeable and well-versed in this work, and was a pleasant person to work with. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.
Powervac was great, showed up on time, John and Nathan were very professional and knowledgeable. Powervac's price was also extremely competitive. I would use again.

Very accommodating, and service oriented, and got us scheduled in short order. Kenny was prompt did an amazing job, despite it being way too long since the chase was serviced. Price was quite reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough.

The office and techs were responsive. Even though there was a time change. They made sure to communicate with us about it. Communication goes a long way. Sean and John did a great job. They were friendly and thorough. I would use again.

I used Power Vac for my dryer vent cleaning, and they were prompt, attentive, did fast and thorough work, and even showed me the debris that was preventing my dryer from doing its job. The folks were personable and professional, and I will definitely use them again for a job if needed!

Power Vac was recommended to me. Thank you Jon and Shaun for cleaning the ducts well and doing a good job for our house. Very nice guys. Also, for cleaning so much debris from the dryer vent. Saved our lives: could have caught fire. Be sure to get your dryer vent cleaned. When using the dryer, should see steam coming out. Thanks again Jon and Shaun: valuable workers!
