I was afraid to sleep with the AC at night because I didn't trust the air from the vents. In the past we had it cleaned but the companies who did the work never really cleaned all the way through. They just cleaned a few feet from the register. This last hot spell motivated me to find someone who would do the job right. I did my homework and searched all the usual places and checked for reviews, ratings and complaints with BBB. The time I spent was well worth it. I decided on Matt Jeppesen from Power Vac LLC. Did great work and were easy to talk to about the process. They were easy going and worked very efficiently.
The drop-down menu did not include my particular job. I had Power Vac LLC clean my heating air ducts and vents (NOT install them). Kenny did an excellent job. He was thorough, knowledgeable and well-versed in this work, and was a pleasant person to work with. We would recommend him to others without hesitation.
Powervac was great, showed up on time, John and Nathan were very professional and knowledgeable. Powervac's price was also extremely competitive. I would use again.
Business response:
Thank you so much for reviewing us!
Very accommodating, and service oriented, and got us scheduled in short order. Kenny was prompt did an amazing job, despite it being way too long since the chase was serviced. Price was quite reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough.

The office and techs were responsive. Even though there was a time change. They made sure to communicate with us about it. Communication goes a long way. Sean and John did a great job. They were friendly and thorough. I would use again.

I used Power Vac for my dryer vent cleaning, and they were prompt, attentive, did fast and thorough work, and even showed me the debris that was preventing my dryer from doing its job. The folks were personable and professional, and I will definitely use them again for a job if needed!
Business response:
Thank you for the review!
Power Vac was recommended to me. Thank you Jon and Shaun for cleaning the ducts well and doing a good job for our house. Very nice guys. Also, for cleaning so much debris from the dryer vent. Saved our lives: could have caught fire. Be sure to get your dryer vent cleaned. When using the dryer, should see steam coming out. Thanks again Jon and Shaun: valuable workers!
Business response:

fast same-day service. The technicians were very friendly and helpful in getting my cat through the ductwork and isolating her. I highly recommend Power Vac LLC
