Nice people who work there
The guys arrived a few minutes early, cleaned my ducts quickly and carefully. Pricing was exactly as discussed. No surprises, just good honest work at a fair price. I will not hesitate to hire them again.
I will not have this company back to my home. Took up my entire day started at 9 am and didn't finish till 5pm. They had to call another employee out to complete the job. Very nice people but did leave behind some trash that should of been cleaned up.

Our technician was unfamiliar with the customer's thermostat. We sent another tech out after the end of his day to figure out the thermostat and flip a switch. Apologies about the inconvenience and gave the customer a $25 discount for her troubles.
