I've been waiting 4 weeks for a Power Probe 4 from my dealer who bought 7 of the deluxe kits at the big tool show in Vegas. What is the hold up??????? If you don't want to sell any tools let me know and I'll buy the Snap On version. Don't have time for this nonsense!!!!!
Power Probe has just made a customer for life! I was having issues with my Power Probe IV. I called the technical assistance line and was helped by Dan. After patiently walking me through some diagnostics on the tool, Dan came to the conclusion that there was an issue with the tool. He then offered to replace my unit, no questions asked. I am lucky enough to live a few miles from their facility in Brea, California. I was invited to stop by Power Probe to have my unit replaced. I have been using power probe testers for the last 10 years and love them. so when i saw the power probe ppsk butane soldering kit i just knew that being a power probe tool it to would be great. But after using it 10 to 15 times over a 2 year time frame it stopped working! The part that went bad is catalyst Ok no big deal right? The part is only 17.95 12.85 shipping? That's 30 bucks to fix a 69.00 tool that's crazy!
Just received my prizes from the March 30 contest . Everything that was described . Thanks Power Probe can't wait to try them out
