your customer service stinks. don't buy from power probe they stink
I have sold hundreds of power probes over the years but I no longer sell any of your products because I don't want to deal with warranty. I have replaced units for my customers at my expense because power probe would not honor their warranty.
As a snap on dealer of over 15 years ,I have sold a ton of power probes but I for about the last two years your warranty and service has been on a decline , I no longer sell any of your items because I don't want to be affiliated with a company with horrible warranty and worst customer service
Product is good but customer service is horrible. They don't want to fix products after the year warranty is up. And if you don't call for a rma and put it on the box they won't even accept your package in from ups when you ship a repair there. Been selling these units for about 4 years and it makes me look bad when a customers unit breaks for example 13 months after buying it and I have to tell them sorry power probe doesn't want to fix yours you have to buy a new one all over again.
They don't offer repair service or parts to repair my power probe 3....says on website that they repair them they don't...worst service...barely used item now it's worthless...150.00 thrown away....they want to sell you new one....I might try the autel probe....
Best product on the market and best investment. I use the pp3 daily.
