Even though the probe cover on my pp4 came loose a day after I bought it. It still works great! What an awesome diagnostic tool
I bought the 4 when it first came out. Not at rigid as the 3 but love it anyway. The ground dude cover got lost. I called power probe to order a new one. Throughout the conversation I told the lady I lost the led cover too. She took some information and warrantied the whole thing!!! I only had to email a picture as proof of purchase and done. I'm pretty sure it's out of warranty and they covered it anyway!! Talk about a great product and incredible service to back it up!!!
My pp3 is great I have gone through 3 of them working on the side of the road in the water and muck. Bought a pp4 and like it but no extention good for the cab but won't come close to reaching the back of a 53 ft trailer. Cst service is slow I don't even send in my pp3's any more just by a new one cuz it's easier and faster
