Purchased 2 sets of piercing test probes and have checked the mail every day since, with no results. It’s beyond frustrating that a company can take your money and they have no obligation or pride on delivering. Idk how many people can take about a $50 loss these days and idk how long it’ll be to try the lottery again and send you more money for essentially an email & voicemail telling me it’s been delivered. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like there is anywhere to report you for fraud.
Stop making the ECT 2000. It doesn't work as described. Will have you chasing for hours and never find the problem. Tech help is of no use.

Power Probe is a money making tool. I haven’t used a test light sinse I bought my first. Save time in troubleshooting. I’m in the boat service and repair business. This a great tool to have, I use it on the boat, motor, trailer and my personal use on my vehicles. Thanks, POWER PROBE.
