Very thorough. Explained exactly what the issues were and courses of action available to resolve them without rushing a decision.
Hugh and Leo were on time and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with their work.
The technician was knowledgable so I learned several valuable recommendations and I have already implemented some for them. I wish I remembered his name, because I would request him again upon my next preventative maintenance service, six months from now. This company has been excellent from day-one when we started using them several years ago.
