RecommendedJust installed hydra tuner!! What a difference from the old days of a single tune bank chip. Just recently got this 7.3 now i dont want to drive my new 6.7 powerstrokes.
Recommendedbest thing I put in my truck. had the tuner in for 2 days now what a huge difference. from the 25 hp increase in tow mode all the way up to the 140hp extreme( used it in one quick 0 to 60 and was afraid to try again on stock truck lol) this thing wakes up the 7.3 like nobody's business super happy with the product. only thing I wish is that it came with a 90* cord to program instead of a straight so you can leave it in the pcm easier for tuning later but not end of the world. if you own a 7.3 and looking for a tuner this is ... read more
RecommendedBest thing I ever did for my truck was buy a hydra!! Easy to install, easy to program. Made my truck 100% different! Wish I didn’t have to buy a PC to tune it tho hopefully will be Mac compatible in the future. But what’s an extra 40$ on Craigslist for this kind of change!!! Thanks PHP!!!
