Got the hydra chip for my 7.3 excursion the best thing I ever got for my truck! I emailed a couple questions and got responses promptly . Got it installed and it shifts smoother and power is unreal! No excessive black smoke either. Very happy with it!

Well I received my tuner promptly. Not a long wait at all and let me just say WOW. I had to get a new custom tune rewrite to really feel the difference. I'm running the White Rain tune. My fuel mileage has climbed drastically and response is crazy!! GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
