I have used PHP tunes on 3 of my Ford trucks, including the 2007 that I use for my company. I don't race it or anything, but their tunes really bring life to the normally mediocre performance of the 5.4 engines. I tow a 14' enclosed trailer often and it takes just a few minutes to program the truck from the 87 octane performance tune (for daily driver use) to the 87 octane towing tune. I sent my TS chip in for a re-burn. Although it took a bit longer than advertised to get it back, it was WELL worth the wait. No more jumpy throttle and erratic transmission shifts. PHP tunes are AWESOME!!! I have recommended these guys to all my friends with 7.3's.
