Love, love, love my windows and doors. Installation was professional and they were considerate of my home and me as the homeowner. Will absolutely use them again.

We had Power install new windows throughout our home in October. My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers and this was one of the few times we decided to pay the 'professionals'. Big mistake. Once they have your money the customer service is non-existent. From the windows that leaked when it rained less than a week after the initial install to the multiple appointments Power or their contractors failed to show up for this has, by far, been the worst home improvement experience we've ever had. Shoddy work, cheap (not inexpensiv... read more

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Power. We apologize for any inconvenience or undue frustrations, as this is far below the standards of service and behavior we set for ourselves. We'd appreciate it if you could email digital@powerhrg.com with your contact phone number or home address, so we can identify your profile in our system and connect you with our Warranty Service Depa... read more

I asked the representative who came to give me the bottom line on a price because after an hour I did not have time to stay an listen to a longer presentation. She (Erin) told me she could not do that and I asked her to leave me her card as i had to go. She left in a huff and did not leave her card. After reading these reviews I'm glad that I didn't have time even though I'm not easily persuaded to purchase something that I think is over priced. I didn't get to be 74 years old being stupid.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Power. We do our best to create positive experiences with homeowners even if Power is not the best fit for their remodeling needs. We apologize for any inconvenience or undue frustration our contact efforts may have caused, as we certainly do not intended to impart these feelings upon homeowners. We understand this can be an inconvenience to some, but by exercising due diligence on the front end of the project, we remove the possibility of miscommunication or mist... read more

A salesman appeared at my door at 6:00 p.m. on a recent Saturday night! (What an odd time to try and make a sale!!!) He was wearing a bright yellow/chartreuse vest, so I assumed it was someone regarding some available service, i.e. water, sewer, etc. -- only to discover it was a window replacement salesman! He wore a lanyard but the badge was in his pocket in such a way that only the top of it showed. He was cordial. I decided to show interest in a “free estimate,” so he put a 3rd party into the conversation on speaker phone... read more

They replaced my roof, but messed up the area around my chimney. We asked them to evaluate for warranty 2 times: First time they told us to talk to chimney people. Two chimney experts said it was a roofing issue causing water damage. Then we asked another roofer. Other roofer said roofing near chimney isn’t done correctly. Second time they came out after we told them of other 3 professionals’ assessment, same guy said he didn’t know what the issue was, so he was going to start a water hose study and would call the next day. ... read more

They charge over 40,000 for a roof and it’s not even worth the price at all. I have had several installers say why it’s maybe 10/15 grand to completely replace your roof. They do not use shingles to the grade for insurance. My shingles started buckling not even a year later they came out and laid new ones back down which did not do a darn bit of good. I also let them know about the skylight still leaking a lot of cold air into home they never came back to do that either. They as well had to put new gutters back up and charge... read more

Misleading in sales pitch and information capture. I am getting repeated calls from their telemarketing department. They accidentally left voicemail dropping the f-bomb. Poor potential customer experience. Unprofessional.

Like others, we had Power come knock on our door for a consultation. After having the representative in our house for THREE AND A HALF HOURS, going through everything - we agreed to a price. After we go through all the paperwork, the rep then says that he messed up and couldn't give us that price. We asked him to leave, obviously not appreciating the bait-and-switch tactics. You'd think that would be bad enough. Wanting to give them one more shot (I know, my bad) we called the next day and said if they still were willing to ... read more

Countinuos mistakes and issues throughout The whole process. Cameron, the project manager made promises he did not keep and when asked about them he said he didn't remember and he could pull his notes. Would never Llewelyn me talk to anyone above him to discuss the issues I had, even after emailing headquarters. I received a call after my email to HQ stating he discussed with the higher ups and the issues oF incorrect measurements, receiving windows that didn't fit, being late, having to reschedule over a month later, and fo... read more
