Installed a new front door and side lights. Did a great job. Precise and cleaned up like they were never here.

we love our new windows and door. The craftsmanship is excellent and we could not be happier with the products. We are however just a little put off with the installers. We could have done without the cigarette buts they left out on our lawn where they had the saw set up. Other than that we were very happy. Glenn D****
Power is a high sales pressure company. I feel like I was pressured to purchase windows, which had I had time to do my research, I would have found were WAY OVERPRICED. Marketwise, I paid at least 7 times more for windows than I would have paid a competitor. False promises of tax incentives were made. Work promised to be done was not done. And the final inspection of the second install (rear of the house) was never done. Like other customers have stated, once they got my money, they disappeared. I had all the windows in my house and a sliding glass door replaced last summer. The installation went smoothly. The installers worked hard. They were neat and cleaned up everything.
Very costly and I honestly don't notice ANY difference in the energy efficiency, OR the the affect it has on the temperature of the house. In fact, during the winter i noticed the area around my windows was colder than before. The parts of the house that were always warmer are no different.
We had a wonderful experience with Power Home Remodeling. The original visit by the salesman was pleasant, informative, at a decent time, and the sales person answered all of our questions. My parents had used PHR in Clarksville, TN so I had heard of them but had never asked my folks any details. Once I saw the product, and the process was explained, we knew we had made a good choice. Overall a great experience. The sales person and installer were both great; and the installation process was surprisingly quick for replacing our large front window! Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
I see several one star reviews here. I am sad to see those. I had no trouble at all with the whole process; from sales presentation to installation. It has been about a month since I had 18 windows and a door installed. No issues whatsoever. I couldn't get my sainted wife to agree to replacement windows because they never look very good. That time is past. Good product, good service, and no problems with the install.
