Professional. I wasn’t rushed to purchase and I have my lifetime warranty . The workers were polite and very thorough. Did my roof ,windows ,doors and attic. Tax write off also. They did work on my mom’s home before mine. We vouch for them . Highly recommended. Easy to work with .

Company seems to be more interested in making a one time customer than a repeat customer. Project managers do not follow up.

Terrible experience! First, the salesman lied to us about how the financing worked. He said there would be no interest for five months, but in reality you only pay interest for 5 months. Second, they left pieces of plastics and nails in my yard so my kids and dogs could step on them thanks ya'll. When I told the rep that showed up after to inspect the job about the lack of clean up he just assured me someone would come out and clean it up, along with their lunch trash and cable wires they left dangling. Had a great experience with my window install. Love the windows. All done when scheduled. They even came back in a week to replace a faulty handle in a sliding door and a wavy screen. Had new soffit and gutters done as second job like the product but cleanup was poor, granted it was snowing when they did this but they left nails, hangars, all over deck and yard Called to complain they said would send a crew to clean up Did not happen.

I had a great experience pretty much beginning to end, with the exception of the very very end. A quality specialist was sent to my house. First he checked the quality of work. All was good He then asked about future work we were thinking. I said "when we can, we'll finish the windows with the rate you guys offered us as long as that rate is still available a year or so for now." The Power team arrived early and went to work. They were careful about not getting broken glass everywhere when they removed our old windows. They would've had the entire job completed in one day, but had to return 2 weeks later to replace our last window which got misplaced and was not delivered with the rest of the Windows. Overall we were very pleased with the installation process and with the Windows themselves. Very sharp looking.

Have been pleasantly surprised. Windows and service are great. I was skeptical at first and that didn't scare them away. LOL!!!! Everything from beginning to end has been a positive surprise. I had several hiccups along the way that were not really their fault, but they fixed them and took care of me. We are still working on a small one, but they have been working in that in a positive manner as well. My windows have made a huge difference in the looks of my home as well as noise level. Defective Bow Windows. Not a satisfied customer. I do not recommend Power Home Remodeling Group. Their representatives will promote a convincing sales pitch. Beware you will be sorry if you get pulled in. Please learn from my mistake!!

Greast service, very satisfied with the installation process and clean up. We love our new windows, we notice the diffrence in our home right away, especially on our bill. Will certainly recommend.
