From the sales presentation to the finished product, I was very pleased overall with my home Remodling project. I had my roof, siding Gutters and front bay window replaced. The quality of materials used and the workmanship quality by each of the four crews was excellent. The communication by the project manager was also very good. We had new roof installed July 2019. I started to see leak in our kitchen which appears to be coming from the HVAC exhaust flashing. I called Power about this April 1 and was told they were not working at this time due to virus. Understood and I have put temporary fix with tarp. I checked this morning to see if temporary fix worked and it appears ok. I then checked upper portion of our split level attic and what I saw was shocking. Mold! The salesman was pleasant and thorough. The installers were competent and cleaned up aftrer themselves. The windows were everything we expected.
Our experience was great from the start to the very end. Mark came to our home to discuss their company and the products in great detail. He did a thorough walk through of all of our windows and gave us numerous quotes to both give us what we wanted and to stay within our budget. The initial consultation was very friendly and explained to me to the finest detail. I had a complete roof and wood underneath done. Very good job, quite expensive but I know the quality is good. The foreman was very thorough and explained all aspects of the job. I had to leave the day of the installation so he kept phone contact with me to let me know when they were expected to finish. In reading the below reviews I must disagree with them. Not sure what state your are located in but in Maryland the PHRG was fantastic. The the sales rep arrived on time and well dressed. Matter of fact we had a bay window put in back in 2012 and what a terrific job they did. And when they came again just this past February 2020 to talk about siding for our 43 year old house, they asked about the window and how it was holding up for us. Before writing my review, I read through some of the recent ones and was pretty disappointed to see others had a bad experience. Mine, on the other hand, was pretty positive. I had my siding (second level only) and roof upgraded with Power. Yes, it was pricey, but it's quality work that ended up being worth it. Our project manager, Sean, was excellent throughout, and the siding / roofing teams were solid and communicative, as well.
