Came to my home for a roofing estimate, sales pitch took nearly 90 minutes, then gave me a quote that was 350% as expensive as any competitor. Charged $200 to install per sheet of plywood when other roofers charge $60 per. Gave poor advice, suggesting that I can cover a flat section of roof appropriately with asphalt (because they don't install rubber shingled). Everything about Power HR was exactly as expected. They have a good reputation and they did nothing to tarnish that on our job. We had 13 windows replaced and it took about 6 hours. The installers were friendly and courteous and appeared very organized in the way they worked. Everything was clean and perfect when they left. The best thing I have noticed about the windows is how quiet everything is now. We hear no outside noise. Had roof replaced. Everything went according to plan. Kept informed of deliveries and installation. On time delivery of dumpster and supplies, one day to install roof. Property cleaned up well after job, dumpster picked up next day. Product has a good warranty. Paid way more than ever expected for a roof. Expect it to last a long time.
Unfortunately, they have gotten worse with growth. I don't have a challenge with the people they use. Everybody needs to live but the level of excellence that I experienced with previous jobs is not there. If this was the first job I had done with them, I would not have call them back. Great experience from start to finish! Got all 18 windows replaced. Cody, our sales consultant did a great job explaining all the window features and benefits. Took his time to ensure that we had all of our questions answered and were sure of what we were buying. The project manager (don't remember his name) was right on time to get the offical measurements. On installation day had a full crew show up right on time. Quoted 16k for a new roof on a raised ranch house! Then another 4,6k after a quote from their roofer! Advised if we gave them a "good review" they would waive the 4,6k! I think not! Home Owner beware!!!!
What was supposed to be no more than 1.5 hours the sales person could not get it in his head that when a person says they what to talk with their spouse and check out what they wanted to do the dude just kept trying other high pressure tactics. He was a disgrace to the honest sales people in this world. I finally got so mad I told him get the hell out and I wouldn't purchase any of their services even if they were the last remodeling company in the universe. The total time ended up being over 3 hours and BS from sales person.
I had my attic wrapped, siding and gutters done. The person that wrapped the attic was thee on the day stated and did a tremendous job. He finished the job in a short period of time and left the house better than when he showed up. After 5 changes in the start date and a call to cancel the siding a team of 2 finally showed up to strip my house and install the new siding. I had 31 windows replaced in a single day! We had 2 days to complete the job. The crews, yes, crews (they brought an extra crew) worked professionally and quickly. There was a minimum of broken glass (I was told there could be some based on the demolition phase.) The sales process was smooth and without pressure.
