First, they are flooding BBB page with fake 5 star reviews. Today is 11/22/2020 and I see plenty of new 5 star reviews that is well over a thousand times more then consumers were previously posting. Here it is summed up: They claimed to be THE MANUFACTURER of the all materials! (THEY ARE NOT) They claim they never said that and that I AM A LIAR! HOW DARE THEY! They started ripping off the roof AFTER BEING TOLD TO GET OFF THE PROPERTY! They agreed if gutter guards had to be removed not to do project. THEY DID IT ANYWAY! THEY ... read more

This is now the THIRD time I have had door to door salesman from this company at my door, ignoring the no soliciting sign. They knock very loudly and many times. I walked to the door and chose not to answer after seeing who it was. A minute later they knocked loudly again. I answered the door and pointed out the no soliciting sign and told them to immediately leave the property. He ignored my request and began trying to start a conversation with me. Power installed 12 windows in my house and we are thrilled with them. The project went fairly smooth from start to finish. The installers were fantastic. From the time they got here, they didn't stop until the job was completed. My only complaint is they used some form of acetone to clean around the glass and the smell made us ill for a couple of hours. All in all, very satisfied with our new windows.
I would give -5 if it was available. We replace windows with curved edges, I asked several times if the curve would still be there, no difference because it was a nice curved channel. Upon installation I found that they took a plain piece of metal, cut and snipped to bend it around and it looks horrid. When I sit on the deck we have to look at it. I need to replace a skylight and other windows but will NEVER use them again.

We had an excellent experience with roof and window replacement. Both jobs were done very professionally and exactly as described to us. The Pella windows reduced outside noise coming into the house, and we were able to feel the reduction in heat coming into the house. The air conditioner works less during the warm weather since the remodeling. Power coordinated with our gutter company to get the roof done right. I had 15 windows installed they look great and work fine. The crew who installed were very professional, the only issue I have for not giving 5 stars is communication. I was promised after the job was done I will get a certification for my storm windows, called twice to ask about this and I will always be told that someone will call me. Well no return calls and it has been a few months...I guess I will have to secure my own certification. We had all but 1 of our windows replaced and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed that the window openings were not only measured once, but twice. The installation team was very professional and worked quickly with a minimum of disturbance to the interior of the house. My initial impression was that the sales were fairly pushy. Ultimately I spent a significant portion of money to replace my roof and am so far satisfied with it. My understanding was that a quality manager was supposed to stop by after the work and review it with me. That has not yet occurred. Also, the roofers dropped materials on my roof so hard that my entire house shook violently and some of my light fixtures fell.
