We hired Power for two projects. First for windows--we replaced all the windows on the first floor of our house. The team did a great job; they were friendly and professional and got the job done within one afternoon. The second project was for gutters. This one didn't go as well. The team arrived late in the day, and were still working as it got dark. I picked up at least a dozen sharp shards of metal (from trimming the metal to make the gutters). We had a roof and gutters installed. It was a very good experience from the Sales Person to the Installers. They came early and got the roof done the same day. They cleaned up all the debris. The roofers came the next day and installed the gutters.

Overall our experience was a good one. We got a roof and gutters. I didn't appreciate their selling tactics...such as if you don't commit tonight the price goes up dramatically. Also, they broke my outdoor light when doing my gutters and did not say anything. I didn't notice until the next day and i got no response when i reached out.

The sales person gave me, and somewhat demonstrated, inaccurate information of the window's ability to stop the transfer of cold and heat through their double pane windows because of the gas they used between the panes. The bottom line is that I spent a lot of money to replace my prior windows albeit they were 15 years old and also vinyl .

The process was started with a 5-hour home visit in February 2020 with a very pushy salesperson. I agreed to have my front door replaced with shutters…then COVID happened. This company hounded me for months to sign the financial papers while I on the other hand was chewing my nails hoping to still have a job when and if this period of quarantine was over. We would give 0 stars if we could. I was given a quote from the sales lady Cortney excellent lady i was told that that was the bottom price nothing else. i sign and agreed to it. then here comes her manager to re check everything and not even 5 minutes pass he comes back and increased the prices. I explain to him that i ask specifically about replacing the wood arround the windows the sales lady told me yes that includes everything and it was included. her manager that came to re check and schedule an appointment said oh no ... read more

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go with this company!!!!! They claim that their windows are totally custom made. They are not! Part of the deal is they give you a discount if you write a review. They wasted so much of our time. I had to move furniture and take off work three times due to the fact that they could not measure the space correctly. They trampled the plants I had to constantly bug them to pay to replace what they damaged. They are over priced and the product is cheap!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

This was the worst experience of my life. If you like workers that decide it's ok to put screws into your window molding without asking you (homeowner) if that is how you want it, or if you like workers that leave doors open on a hot day or workers that just walk in without ringing your doorbell, then by all means go with this company.
