We paid almost $37,000 to have a roof installed. As part of the installation we had to sign a waiver stating that any damage to our gutters was not covered. I am upset that we signed that waiver. From day one when they put the ladder up in the middle of our home they dented the gutter. Now we have a dented gutter in the front of our home in the middle of our roof line. This review is just to warn people that they will probably put a dent in your gutter so don't sign the waiver.

We would give 0 stars if we could. Their warranty is a flat out lie. When we received our quote for windows we were mind blown by the product demonstration and word of the salesperson. We were promised that the windows were fully covered for everything and I quote "anything that happens is covered, hail, kids throw a ball, scratch, rip, anything it's all covered for life". I just signed up for my Windows replacement today and Frank is the rep. I exactly experienced as other reviewers here. After reading all the nightmare stories here about Power HRG, I am planning to NOT to wait until the 1st Business Day and send my cancellation notice tomorrow. I do see a pattern of their replies here and looks to me just a clerical job (cut & paste). Did a very nice job siding my home. Had to call back for two very small problems and they were there within a week. Installers were mindful of safety protocols covering designated areas and wearing mask at all times. Would highly recommend.
We used Power Home remodeling to re-do the siding of our home in the beginning of 2020. Prior to beginning many things were not verbally explained to us. The sales people spent 4 hours at our house and the person that inspected and gave us the project start date spent an hour and NEVER explained anything to us even after asking questions. We wanted an estimate, we got a very long sales pitch. The representative would not leave our home until she closed the sale, regardless of how many times we told her we wanted to think about it. It took over three hours for all the claims, pressures and offers that suddenly became available.
