Outstanding customer satisfaction from sales presentation to completed installation. Pricing is always a critical factor, but the interaction from beginning to end exceeded our expectations. Every employee I met with was knowledgeable and answered most of my questions before I could ask them. Very impressed with the installation crews and very happy with the quality of the materials used.
Power did an excellent job installing all the windows on the front of our house. They called in the morning of install and arrived at the install time. The installers greeted and introduced themselves and told us what to expect for the day and gave us an estimated time it would take to install the windows. The install was completed three hours past the estimated time which was okay and the clean up was excellent inside and outside our house. Power Home did an incredibly high quality job for our huge windows project. Power Home brought its high endeavors of making sure that our windows are tightly sealed and accurately installed. Yes, Power Home's project cost is very expensive, but their extraordinary quality is worth a lot of money. Thank you!
Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Representatives and workers were courteous and respectful.
Do not believe the 5 star ratings. This review is based on their sales pitch for new windows and after reading reviews I'm definitely not using them. We agreed to have someone come give us a free quote. Once they had made 20 minutes of small talk we told them we didn't have a lot of time and needed to feed and do our evening routine with our two small children, who we were also trying to keep socially distanced from them while they were in our home. After spending $9300.00 on new windows today I had to call in my first warranty issue. Horrible service and to know that the windows can just fall down from the top is normal is very worrisome. When I asked to speak to someone to complain I was told there was no one that the person I was talking to was the end of the line. Needless to say the rest of my windows will not be replaced by this company, I will also be updating my HOA Facebook page know about the wonderful service I just received I wouldn't bother walking our neig... read more
