We have moved out of state I have requested 5 times our children’s medical records and our new doctor office has also , no records have been sent .
RecommendedMy wife gave birth to our micro-preemie quadruplets in Jacksonville, Fl while I was on active duty in the Navy in Oct 1998. We lived on base and then LCDR Laura Osthaus was their first pediatrician. She is one of the most compassionate talented doctors we have ever had. We stayed in touch many years. We’ve never used this practice, but knowing Dr Laura Osthaus is there speaks volumes. We’re on Facebook Doc! Riley and Cindi Smith.
Dr. Osthaus is EXTREMELY rude and curt. Office staff (not all but some) has been rude, calls/messages not returned, have literally waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment in the past , more bad experiences than I care to count. And they claim to be "Christian" based. Not at all...…..
From the NICU at Riverside, over the past 9 yrs, Powell Pediatric Care have been wonderful for our twins.
They truly care about the children they see and made it a point to also ask how I was doing at our 2-week visit.
The care for our three children over the past five years has been fantastic! Dr. Wilde and Dr. Osthaus are the doctors that our kids primarily see and our whole family trusts them. The nurses and the front help are also superb.
We have had excellent care at this office. Very caring and knowledgeable doctors. We love going there!
