Very caring, prompt, and skilled
Wonderful people and experience.
Dr. Shelly and her staff did a great job making sure that I received the best service and care possible. Their attitude seems to be to "get it right" the first time, and taking care of the customer. I was dianosed with sleep apnea after sleep tests, and I feel that Dr. Shelly and her office will give me their best to help me get better.
Worked me into a busy Friday schedule. Thorough evaluation to determine cause of problem.
This visit was for treatment of my sleep apnea. It was all new to me, the people, the equipment, the solutions, etc. Dr. Shelly and staff were extremely friendly and helpful - willing to explain everything and answer all my questions. I will probably return for all my dental needs.
I had a wisdom tooth that was really bothering me for about a week. I called the office as a new patient and they got me in that day. After a very thorough exam (I won't go into details) she found that the problem could be fixed by shaving down the tooth and the one below it. I'm sure she could have recommended something more invasive (and costly), but instead we discussed options and she let me decide with no pressure, just information.
