this was my first visit to the Powell Dental Group. I found myself in need of a dentist at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. They squeezed me in shortly before closing. I'm sur the staff was eager to start their long weekend, but everyone made me feel valued, comfortable and provided me with the type and quality of service I would have expected if I was a life long client. I can't remember a better customer friendly or more professional office visit anywhere.

As always, the customer service there is great and the professionals have wonderful chairside manner. Everyone is friendly. On this day in particular (regular six month check-up), I could not afford to run late as I had another appointment scheduled afterwards. I let them know and I was taken care of and checked out in near record time. It's nice to have a doctor who appreciates your time as well as your business.

Not only do they do incredible work, they really connect with their patients and make them feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm very proud to be one of their patients and know that when I am in their chair, I'm in good hands!

Our family has been going to Powell Dental Group since 2005, and we have generally been pleased. Dr. Shelley listens and responds accordingly to personal preferences about dental care (e.g., we’re not interested in cosmetics but desire a focus on good, thorough dentistry). We have also been allowed to schedule our cleanings with specified preferred hygienists; being able to know who is going to be cleaning our teeth has significantly reduced my family’s stress about going to the dentist.
