Had a very good visit
After my visit I felt that the team and Doctor Shelley cared and really wanted to help me with my medical situation. I couldn’t be happier and feel I’m on the right path with referrals. It was a great visit. I was seated, photo'ed x-ray'ed and cleaned with utmost speed and efficiency. The staff are engaging and friendly, and Dr Shultz is always at the top of her game. It's a great office.
Staff and dentist were very friendly and professional.
The staff was very good at explaining the process of getting fit for and using a sleep apnea dental device. They are also extremely helpful in getting me through my insurance plan’s process. Dr. Shults is so committed to helping her patients get coverage for this expensive medical device that, after being a licensed dentist and seeing insurance companies not covering its costs adequately, she returned to get a nurse practitioner’s degree—one of the only dentists in the USA to do this!
Dr. Shultz was great. She was thorough and personable. Her office staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting room fish tank was huge and my daughter enjoyed looking at the massive fish.
The team at Powell Dental was very friendly and took great care.
