Woke up this past Tuesday morning ( 2 days before the holiday) to a broken temporary bridge that had been put in by my out-of - state family dentist . Not only did Dr Shelly repair and re-cement the temporary bridge, but I was told to come as soon as I could get there! They fit me in immediately. So, so thankful! All the staff so helpful!
Teeth cleaning is done with attention and gentleness. Thus with old sensitive teeth I can relax in the chair.
I had to call Dr. Schultz several times over the last few months for separate dental emergencies. I know it was an inconvenience to her and her staff, but each time Dr. Schultz made time in her schedule to get me into the office the same day. Once I was there, she and her staff were incredibly pleasant and professional and addressed teh problem. Thank you Dr. Schultz and everyone at Powell Dental Group.
Moving into the area from California, I could not have had a better first visit, as Rose was spectacular! Very modern office, and this was the first pleasant visit I have ever had with a dentist!!!
As always my appointment was excellent.
I recently moved here from the Philadelphia suburbs and had visited the same dentist for 30 years. I was nervous going to a new dentist office but after a few minutes I relaxed and calmed down. it was a very professional environment having the latest equipment which was important to me. The hygienist was cool, calm, collected and thorough which I really appreciated. The dentist was so professional and reassuring. Thank you for a good experience.
Powell Dental provides excellent care. They have state of the art equipment. The flat screen TV's allow me to either watch a movie / tv show for distraction or to review my x-rays with the hygienist. They also use modern medical tools for basic cleaning. The staff are always professional and friendly. And I love the email reminders I get. They keep our family on track with our needed dental appointments. Thank you and please keep up the high quality care and service you provide!
