I first came to Powell Dental Group thanks to my workplace changing our health/dental/vision insurer. I had a different dental practice that I went to that I absolutely loved. So under my new insurer, my old practice was out-of-network. My new insurer had very few in-network options in the northern neighborhoods of the greater Columbus area. The Dentist here is very understanding. She is working with me on sleep appliances for my sleep apnea. I have dentures.
I have been receiving dental care at this clinic for many years. I am very satisfied with the excellent work of all members of this practice.
The dental assistant that treated me was very good. She made me feel very comfortable and very good in explaining everything to me that she was doing in checking and examining me.
I spoke with Dr. Shelley about solutions to severe sleep apnea. She explained my condition better than any other specialist. She also spoke to me about alternatives to bipap and how a mouth appliance works. She was a medical professional not a salesperson. She was realistic about treating my apnea. If one is looking for alternatives to cpap I think she is someone to see. She listens and is understanding.
We are some new patients and glad to find this place for my kids. Everything is perfect, no late in the appointments, clear explanations of what they are going to do, the different stages and no surprise with the bill. They made an amazing job for my son who was complexed with some fluoride stains in 2 teeth and the dentist worked miracles ! We will go other there for my husband and me.
My visit was great! Relaxing visit from check in through checkout. I had a new dentist for me. That causes me anxiety, however,within a few minutes I was quite comfortable. Dr Joe kept me informed along the entire process of adding a filling. I highly recommend Powell Dental Group to everyone
