I always have a good experience at Powell Dental, but I was nervous today with everything going on in the world because of COVID-19. Things could not have been simpler or better run today. They thought of everything, and I felt comfortable and like every precaution was being taken to ensure the safety and well being of their patients and staff. So glad I went today because now my teeth feel shiny and clean!
We were new to the Powell area in 2018 and were so fortunate to have contacted Powell Dental!They have a great staff who are all welcoming, kind and most concerned about your health and comfort! They are prompt with appts., more than happy to answer any & all questions and will put you at ease. Very happy to recommend them!
All of my visits to Powell Dental Group have been very positive. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Shelly is great. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient.
As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised how extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable Dr. Shults and all of her staff were. I imagine that my future visits will be equally excellent.
We have had nothing but positive dealings with Dr. Shelly and her staff. There were a couple of problems ordering my mouth appliance, but it all got resolved. Dr. Shelly and her staff were very concerned, and corrected the problem. It is always a pleasant experience visiting their office. I would definitely recommend them to my friends,
Friday was my last visit after having Dr. Shelley and her team take care of me for over 15+ years. My wife and I are moving to Arizona. I was able to see Dr. Shelley and her team one last time. She has taken great care of me and my family for so long. When moving out of state, you know you are going to miss family and friends. You don't realize how much you are going to miss the people who have take care of your health. I will truly miss Dr. Shelley!!!!!

I have never been anything but very pleased by the staff and the service at Powell Dental Group. The employees are warm and friendly while also being extremely professional at all times. The receptionists are kind and always answer the phone in a timely and friendly manner. Two thumbs up for an outstanding dental practice.
