Im usually scared of dentist offices due to my bad experiences in Idaho. So when i went to this dentist office, they made me feel at home and like i was a person. :) amazing staff and a wonderful experience overall.
I consistently receive outstanding care at Powder River Dental. They are efficient, attentive, caring, highly talented and always make me feel special.
Very good service. Theresa is always upbeat and good at her job, making what could be a unplesent experience ok.
I am thankful for Dr Schell. He was concerned with any xray and scheduled a follow up at no charge to us to keep an eye on the concern.
I have had dental alignment issues my entire life. After many procedures and not much success Dr. Barelman came up with a solution that matched my level of tolerance as a patient and solved my dental issues. He is a great dentist who performs his dental work with great care and artistry. Very happy with my veneers!

Broke my tooth in half at 1 in the afternoon. Now Powder River Dental is not extremely busy by accident. I have been a patient of Dr. Barelman for nearly 15 years and he is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in 60 years. And he has surrounded himself with the most professional and service minded individuals I know. Anyway, London, the office juggler, managed to fit me into a non-existent slot resolving what was a dental emergency, that left unresolved, would have made for a very crappy weekend.
