Finally made it to Pounds after looking forward to it forever. The pretzel bites were good, the fries were good, the burgers were really disappointing. The patties were much smaller than the bun, and the buns were burnt. (This was true for both the burgers at our table.) I had the Orange Windmill. The cheese wasn’t melted. It was juicy because of all the toppings included, but none of the toppings had any flavor.

This place was overly priced, the food and service both need attention. If the management or powers read these reviews please instruct your employees to spend more time attending the customers rather than handing at the bar joking with each other. As for the food the burgers were small and dry. The bacon was over cooked and the fries were burnt. We drive four hours to try this restaurant only to be greatly disappointed. Words From A Trained Chef: Pounds is located in the heart of Downtown Fargo and we were lucky enough to land a prime parking spot which could be an issue if you go at peak dining hours.
