They've got awesome food and it's a great place to have a drink!
Fargo is a major let down when it comes to food. Most places are chains or utter garbage. Was missing smart food. meaning fresh ingredients cooked by someone with a culinary background. Loved the food! Had the lobster egg rolls and green beans! Husband had a burger which I cannot recall which one but he is a burger man and was Surprised by the unique pairing of flavors. Delish! Will be back and would highly recommend. Flavors and were exceptional and food was cooked to perfection!
My experience so far has been pretty good. Ive been to Pounds twice now and both times the food was tasty and the service was great. My only real complaints are that the burger patties could be a bit bigger and atmosphere is a little off. It has potential but for some reason the vibe they seem to be going for just doesn't quite feel "done" or something. Some additional decor would do wonders. Alan & co. know what they're doing. My wife and I went there for the first time a few weeks ago and had the hoisin wings and lobster egg rolls. Both were phenomenal and, like the rest of the menu, were offerings you just can't get many other places in town. Drinks were great, atmosphere's relaxed and inviting, and staff was friendly. Can't ask for a whole lot more. Highly recommend

The sweet potato fries are killer and the parm fries are great too. ;)
The Graceland burger was nothing short of amazing! I was a little unsure at first about nutella, bananas and candied bacon on a burger but was NOT disappointed! The parm truffle fries were also amazing!
