The surgeon Dr. Michael Andrew Pouliot and his assistant Mr. Alberto Galvez were rude, condescending, impatient, inconsiderate, lacked patience and compassion. I was made to feel insignificant and that my feelings and concerns were irrelevant. I left more confused and more upset than when I arrived. I also left in much more pain after the Doctor excessively squeezed my injured hand. It was a horrible experience. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, at 8am.
