Everyone was very pleasant and professional...
I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism & knowledge exhibited by the entire staff during my visit.
My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Derek - he was a little nervous but he was handled, as always with great care and humor. He literally had NO pain afterwards!
When I received the appt reminder by text, it wasn't identified as from Potts and I almost deleted it. Suggest you make clear it a reminder from Potts office.
The dental hygenist was silent as she worked that meant that she was concentrating on me & not talking all the time. I appreciated that. Good job on my teeth too. Dr. Pitts examined me and referred me to Dr. Roda, not just trying to do a possible root canal himself. Thanks. I already have an appt. with Roda.I am referring Craig Mason, Sharon Porter to you.

Everyone is great. Trish is exceptional and always tries to squeeze my husband in when he doesn't have an appointment :)
The only reason my appt was late was because I changed the appt time that morning and it wasn't printed on her schedule so she didn't know I was there!
The entire staff is alway all star league.
