Even though I was only there for a short time, I had one of the best experiences I have had at a dental office. From the time I called the office, Trisha handled my questions and concerns with great care and expertise. She explained all of my options thoroughly and set up an appointment for that day! I met Dr. Dereck Potts, Erin, Mary, and Trish and they were all equally wonderful. Very informative, friendly, and most important for me, made me feel relaxed. I can't think of anything I would suggest changing. I was very happy with my visit.

As you know it is very difficult caring for your elderly parent with Alzheimers. I cannot imagine a finer team of dental professionals to have assessed my Dad's needs, including all 4 of us trying to get Dad to sit still for ONE x-ray....Thank you ALL so much!
The experience was fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to explain step by step every process. Not only was the customer service excellent, the interaction between the staff appeared friendly and genuine. I am so pleased that my husband referred me.

I love Dr Potts' (father and son are a great team!) and his staff. The office is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Their technology is amazing! They take X-rays without having getting out of the chair, plus they have a camera that is the size of a pen to take closer shots of your teeth! I was blown away! Their a great office and I'd recommend family and friends without hesitation... Which is why I Referred my mom and she said the same as I- best dentist experience she's ever had!
