Socorro does amazing work. My teeth feel great
Socorro is the greatest. I HATE getting my teeth cleaned but she always works quickly yet does a very thorough job. My teeth sparkle. And now that I've discovered Audible, I listen to a book and it makes the time fly.
No changes. I was so pleased to be greeting by everyone and they made me feel so welcome as I was a new patient to the office. In addition, I am not new to sitting in the dental chair over the years and the team made me feel that I was in the best hands. During my dental surgery everything went well and they finished quickly (less than the estimated time). After surgery everything was explained to me about how to care for my mouth. Everyone was eceptionaly friendly & helpful. Two questions were asked that had been on form I filled out. New form with bigger spaces. Maybe easier for entire staff to read.
I still do not understand what my insurance covers and does not cover. Perhaps we can discuss this on my next visit.
