I was so impressed with both Dr Potthoff and all his staff, that I have moved my business and my husbands to his office after 15 years at another dentist.
As always I was pleased with my care. They listened to my preferences, explained costs, were going to check with insurance to see how much will be covered.
Everybody was friendly and professional. The crown appears to be working fine. The technology is very impressive.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pottfoff and his team for 10+ years and have never even thought of going anywhere else. They always make us feel comfortable and they do a great job.
I am not really a fan of visiting the dentist, but I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Michelle does a great job and I leave snapping my choppers! Dr Potthoff is gentle and kind and I’m a fan of him too.
Other than waiting for half an hour before being seen, I was very happy with the services I received.
I had a tooth crown come out. I have no dental insurance, but I was treated with respect and urgency. I was able to have the errant tooth reattached the next morning.. The demeanor was warm and pleasant and the dentist was warm and sociable, it made me feel right at home IF I have further dental issues, I would hope I will be able to refer to you as my local dentist.
It was a dental emergency for me and you guys made time at the last minute. I can't thank you enough.
