It's hard to move to a new place, knowing no one while finding new doctors and a dentist --along with a new bank, cleaners, stores etc. I chose Dr. Potthoff randomly from a list of dentists. What a lucky choice! I feel confident that he and his staff will take good care of my needs. I am pleased to be a patient of Dr. Potty off.
Dr. Potthoff and all of his staff are friendly and caring. Julie makes me so comfortable when cleaning my teeth. It's hard to get it done because we have to stop and have a laugh. His front office is efficient, professional, and very courteous. The technicians are knowledgeable and competent and you can tell they enjoy working with Dr. Potthoff. Every time I've been in the office, the procedure has been explained fully to me so I'll know what to expect. I'm not going anywhere else!
Dr mentioned need to have wisdom tooth removed, but offered no further information, including a referral to an oral surgeon. Would have liked that. Maybe it was because I was the last appointment of the day.
I love everyone at the office especially Ron and Julie. I couldn't ask for better service! I have referred several people to the Potthoffs.
